Bob Woehrle, Chairman and CEO of PropertySource Network, has been dedicated to the pursuit of adjoining technology with the real estate industry for almost two decades. Recognizing a need in the industry for targeted communications to effectively grow and manage relationships, Woehrle has consistently provided sales associates and loan officers with solutions to aid in connecting them with their customers.
With a strong background in marketing, public relations and advertising, Woehrle was able to combine his core knowledge in the communications field with his passion for technology. Initially, the real estate telephone hotline system, the first full-featured system implemented by brokerage firms, was the brainchild of this energetic entrepreneur. Recognizing a further need in the industry, Woehrle committed himself to the real estate professional and has consistently provided service solutions making him a leader in the ever-changing real estate industry.
Emerging technologies such as fax-back and caller ID in the 90's inspired Woehrle to continue exploring other opportunities for the real estate industry in the technology arena. During this time, Woehrle built a nationwide network of some of the largest and most prestigious brokerage firms in the country including Arvida Realty, Edina Realty, Baird & Warner, Hunt, Burgdorff and Gundaker Realtors among others.
Woehrle also recognized that radio, TV and print could not effectively target and reach potential customers the way the Internet could and knew that alternative media could be used effectively by real estate professionals to aid in growing and maintaining customer relationships. With his passion for the adaptation of technology for business, Woehrle began developing concepts for using technology as a way to communicate and reach audiences in a more targeted way long before the masses jumped on the dot-com highway.
In 1999, Woehrle introduced the PropertySource News program, a customizable e-mail newsletter service for many of the top real estate companies. The service provides consumers with valuable real estate information while generating contact information and demographic profiles from new leads and existing contacts. Millions of newsletters are now delivered every month, branded to some of the country's largest brokerage and mortgage firms.
Woehrle expanded the e-Newsletter program to include broker-branded agent web sites, customized e-Greetings, and an on-line e-Sweepstakes program to boost consumer participation and agent relationships. Woehrle chose to combine all the relationship tools into one integrated package and launched the Relationship Revolution program in 2002. This program combines the latest technologies with grass-roots agent and manager training and success systems. By helping a firm's sales force build their own “relationship network,” the program delivers powerful reach to promote company services and ancillary service partners. Over two million emails are now distributed through the service every month.
Woehrle has trained and spoken to many industry groups ranging from intimate top management teams to thousands of agents throughout North America. In addition, he has been quoted in numerous real estate and business publications. As a consultant, Woehrle has worked with brokerage firms, franchises and parent companies, including assistance in the development of the HomeServices of America organization, the country's second largest real estate company.
