Yesterday, we launched the all-new Mobile Hotline with our broker partner, Edina Realty. What a day! I must say, after 19 years of new product brainstorms, planning, surprises, headaches, successes and launches, this project has really been FUN! I don't believe our IT team would agree, but they'll come around. When I started to see real Edina listings appearing on my phone, with pictures, links to agent phone numbers and options for e-Brochures, it made all the journey worthwhile. This really is a powerful new tool, and it fits into our Relationship Revolution model perfectly. The Mobile Hotline delivers the immediate info consumers are looking for, while it also initiates the all-critical long-term relationship. Remember, every study confirms that the majority of buyers have a very long lifecycle from initial interest to the closing table. The new system helps to provide more than just property details. It helps to build a solid relationship between the lead and their new real estate sales professional.
