Kelly gets lots of compliments from contacts and former clients nearly every time she sends something out from her Relationship Manager.
When we asked her how it was going, Kelly's response was "I have WONDERFUL response stories -- in fact, I have a ton!" Then she proceeded to share what she feels is one of the best ones. "I have these past clients who bought a piece of lake property with me about two or three years ago to retire on. I've kept up with them, and included them on my latest Referrals Campaign. I got an email tonight saying how wonderful it was to hear from me and how much they appreciated the stamps reminder in the campaign. They said it was so very creative ... hehehe ... little do they know it wasn't my idea! So they updated me on the family and told me that they are definitely going to let me know when they decide to start building because they want my help and advice." One of the recent editions of our Campaign reminded agents' contacts that a postal increase was coming, and included a sheet of extra stamps to get them started.
Kelly wants to encourage all the Masters to get Referral cards out to everyone they know when they participate in the Campaign! "I definitely would like to share that you shouldn't be intimidated to send these cards to anyone-everyone. Everyone knows that we are marketing when we send these things, but they also know that we do care when we take the time to write little personal notes. I am loving this program!"
