Deborah Thomas joined The Relationship Revolution six months after she got her license. She was surprised at how busy the next six months were!
Right after she became a Master, we launched our Stamps Edition of the Referral Campaign - and advises that it was also a great confidence-builder. The first six months for a new agent can be daunting - but not for Deborah! Here's her story: "I've had a very positive response to the 2-cent stamps mailing. A large number (at least 25%) of the folks actually called me before I could call them! I was fortunate in that I had live, in-person conversation with about half of the folks I mailed to. Everyone has been very supportive. I've already received a few referrals. Everyone has said they will refer me and/or use me when the words 'real estate' come up."
After her first Referral Campaign, she dived right into her other Relationship Manager tools! She credits her e-Newsletter for giving her such a busy season. "I try to enter a brief personal article, say from the local newspaper, with a photo of something interesting. Maybe a beautiful flower garden I saw. So now I have old clients coming out of the woodwork, people emailing and calling to say how much they love the newsletter!"
