Announcing the Referral Challenge Holiday Giving Program

This holiday season, our new and renewing members will have the opportunity to combine a powerful, lead-generating campaign with an enduring gift to the American Cancer Society.
The Realtors and Lenders Reach Out program was originally launched following the events of September 11, 2001. An immediate outpouring of contributions and volunteer efforts followed, as thousands of agents provided information and resources via their PropertySource websites, e-Newsletters and e-Greetings. Over the years, PropertySource has continued its commitment to giving, and we’re now including our members in the process! Maya Angelou’s quote on the cover of our new Referral Challenge holiday notecards says it all:
“I have found that among its other benefits, giving liberates the soul of the giver.”

How the program works
First, your Systems Coach will help you identify your current A and A+ groups, your Top 100 closest contacts, based on the principles of the Referral Challenge. A donation in honor of these relationships will be made to the American Cancer Society and local cancer 501(c)(3) foundations. You’ll receive a set of 100 holiday-themed notecards that let your contacts know of your participation in the program. We'll also provide everything you need to launch your campaign, including tracking forms and phone call
scripts. We'll even include a great book called "One Small Step Can Change Your Life." This revolutionary guide to an approach called Kaizen will teach you the art of making great and lasting change through small, steady increments. It's a great read, and a great way to approach the critical steps you'll take as you build a base of loyal clients and a steady stream of referrals.
Your Systems Coach will help you identify your card-sending and follow-up-calling schedule, and we'll provide training and support to help you through the process. Participating members will also have access to Referral Challenge Rally Webinars where Bob will provide live training on the process of generating referrals and making the most of the holiday giving campaign.
3 Transactions In As Little As 90 Days
We're committed to helping you generate new, additional business that you wouldn't have generated otherwise! The Referral Challenge is producing three minimum transactions for our members who follow the proven formula. With the addition of the Giving Program, this program is guaranteed to generate even more results.
Here's what our participating members receive:
- 100 Holiday Giving notecards and envelopes, customized with a message about your donation in their honor
- A $50 donation to the American Cancer Society will be made by PropertySource (included in your membership fee/renewal)
- A new feature page will be added to your PropertySource website highlighting the Realtors & Lenders Reach Out program, and your participation. You can even customize the page with links and information related to your personal experience, and services in your area. You'll also have rights to use special buttons and images you can add to any other websites or blogs you maintain. Click here to see a sample

- And, of course, you'll receive a full year of all the benefits of membership in the Relationship Master program!
