It's been a pleasure getting to know the folks at Rusell & Jeffcoat Realtors. We're providing memberships to over 600 associates. Mr. Jeffcoat helped to open our Kick-Off by sharing thoughts from his extensive career in real estate.
It has been a great pleasure to meet and work with Boyd Loadholt, President of AgentOwned. Boyd, Liz and Claude Loadholt, along with Ralph Wetherell have been great supporters. Their investment in the company and their agents has been very impressive!
Over 500 AgentOwned agents have become members in the Relationship Revolution. A full suite of tools was rolled out at the Kick-Off Event at the North Charleston Convention Center.

The Augusta Kick-Off included over 250 enthusiastic agents from six offices who came ready to learn!
I've been impressed with the growing number of folks who will come early to grab a front row seat, but there's an equal number who will always grab the coveted back row spot (just like church). Sometimes the venue is so large that I feel detached and head out to get a little closer to the action in the back.
What a great audience! The attendance and reception in Columbia was phenomenal.
Important things (like High School) usually prevent Abby from being part of our events, but it was a pleasure to have her active involvement in one of our Louisville Kick-Offs.
We've had occassions where agents attending an event have encountered child care difficulties. Kids can be out of school, babysitters get sick, etc. I love it when we get to have young visitors in the audience. No offense to you adults, but it's always nice to see a bright, innocent face in the crowd. Sometmes, we even put them to work!
We start every Kick-Off event with an "Office Rally" where every branch shows their office spirit. The Russell & Jeffcoat Rally was one of the best!
I didn't realize agents were such great dancers. Unfortunately, I have two left feet!
The Chicken Dance has been a part of PropertySource Relationship Revolution history. Thousands have shed their inhibitions and joined in the pre-show fun.

Peter Hunt and his great team have built one of the largest brokerage firms in the country with operations in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, New York. We rolled out the Relationship Revolution with a customized Kick-Off for each market.
Sure, hotels and convention centers are convenient, but I always love when we can use a performing arts venue. You know, just give me a stage!
The Celebrity Theatre was an awesome location for a Kick-Off. I got to use the dressing room that had just been visited by Tony Bennett, Dwight Yoakam ... and the "Rage in the Cage" professional wrestlers!
For any of you who have been part of the PropertySource family for a while, you may remember Laurie Swartz. He was instrumental in launching our first programs with Baird & Warner in Chicago 14 years ago. While he's officially enjoying retirement, he still makes it to Kick-Off events to assist ... although for some reason he's only interested in the events in warm, vacation destinations.
BIG thanks to Eva Langston (center) and Erika Veletto (right) who helped Donna Rae Hollis with registration. Lynwood Duke and Dee Lucas also represented the corporate staff and helped to welcome a record turnout.
The Referral Challenge has provided us the great opportunity to really explore the process of asking for referrals. Real Estate agents across the country have been generating amazing successes by following the system - and learning the scripts and dialogues.
We really like to put on a show, and no event can happen without the talented AV crew. These folks don't always get the attention they deserve. So, here's a big thanks to Josh Walters ... and to all great people we've worked with across the country.

We rolled out the Revolution to over 2,400 agents in Phoenix. Our Kick-Off event was attended by agents from Arizona and California ... some who drove over three hours. Big thanks to everyone at this great firm!
